Aerosoles Women's Fortify Mary Jane Flat

I remember clearly when I first began to understand the concept of dressing for my shape rather than my size. Somehow I'd managed to lose 20 pounds and, since I love beautiful clothes, I decided to reward myself. I took my new, svelter self off to the mall fully expecting that all those clothes I'd admired from a distance would suddenly now fit perfectly. I was devastated to find that all the same problems - boobs too big for my waist, butt with a life of its own, thighs that could double as fencing posts - still existed, though admittedly in a smaller package.

Our bodies have a specific shape, one that's predetermined by our genes. In short, we take after our parents. We assiduously take our parents medical history and we should also take an inventory of their body shapes, where they store fat and how gravity effects them as they get older. We instinctively understand that all the diet and exercise in the world is not going to make us any taller so why is it that we think it's going to change our genetic makeup? It's not. It's certainly possible to tone up our bodies but then we tone the whole of our bodies. If we have a specific tendency toward big boobs and large thighs that is not going to alter. They'll just be toned large thighs.

When it comes to clothes it's vital to work with the shape of your body, not just because it's better for your emotional health, but because fit is everything. One of the reasons celebrities look so freakishly good all the time is because their clothes are actually tailored to fit. Consequently anyone can achieve that same elegance and style, or at least a cheaper version, by wearing clothes that fit. To fit, it must work with the shape of your body, not just the size. Forget size completely. That's just guideline given by clothing manufacturers to help narrow down the amount of clothes to try on. Instead look for things that skim your body like they were made just for you.

One of the best things about shape being consistent is that inspiration can be stolen, sorry, borrowed from anyone of a similar shape. There are countless photos of celebrities circulating and we look to them for fashion inspiration. Find one that is the same shape as you and keep an eye out for something you can copy. And it doesn't matter if said celebrity is a different size to you as long as the shape is consistent. Something that suits a pear shaped size 4 will suit a pear shaped size 14.

This is not meant to be disheartening, it's meant to be liberating. The cornerstone of dressing for your body shape is self acceptance. It's about seeing yourself as you really are and finding the beauty that's already there. Your shape is yours, it's not going to change, so embrace it, love it, and get it some gorgeous shoes.

Now that you're pregnant and need to be buying some maternity clothes, you might be finding it hard to find plus sized maternity clothes in retail stores and the clothes that you do find are just too expensive.

When you're pregnant and you want to look good, you will need to find plus size maternity clothes for a good price. Although you could go to a retail store and pay full retail price, shopping online is a great alternative.

Shopping on the internet for plus sized maternity clothes is a great way to shop for three reasons.

1.First, you don't have to leave the house. This is great, especially if you have other little ones at home and find it hard to get out with them, or maybe you don't have a car.

2.Another reason why shopping online for plus size maternity clothes is great is because you save money. Every time you go into a retail store and look at the beautiful surroundings, the displays and the staff, think about who pays for that. You do! It's included in the price of the clothing that you buy. When you buy online, the retailer that you buy from does not likely have the same expensive costs for a building and staff, therefore they can pass on the savings to the customer.

3.the last reason is the fuel savings. With gas reaching over $4, even a short trip to the store can be quite costly. If you're on a tight budget and trying to save your money, minimizing your driving is beneficial. If you're going to have a baby, you'll need to save as much money as possible, especially if you aren't able to work for a while or you live on one income.

It's not hard to find great deals on plus sized maternity clothes online. Look around for some great deals, save your gas money and best of all, shop from the comfort of your own home.

Mountain climbing requires you to have the right equipment for scaling and hiking rough terrain in extreme temperatures. Proper shoes or boots are essential for protecting your feet from the external elements and ensuring traction on the terrain.

There are different types of mountain climbing and the terrain and environment is different for each type. The type of shoe or boot you should wear depends on the type of climbing you will be doing. Traditional high mountain climbing is done in freezing temperatures but the footwear required for ice climbing is different even though both are done in sub zero climates. Rock climbing requires a different type of shoe since you will be scaling walls.

Climbing is not a place to break in shoes or decide that youll make do. Blisters and sores can quickly develop due to the amount of strenuous activity and open wounds can easily get infected. Wearing inappropriate footwear in cold weather can cause frostbite resulting in nerve damage. Shoes and boots are not just for comfort; they are for safety as well.

When choosing boots, lighter is generally better but you have to take into consideration the amount of insulation and the durability. New technology has allowed boots lighter in weight so you can have the best of both worlds. Good hiking boots will usually weigh between three and four pounds.

Various boots are made for cold climbs. Youll need a boot with inner insulation and probably an outer cover to protect against the snow and ice. Thinsulate and Gore-Tex are both modern materials that help keep in the heat and your feet dry.

On warm trips youll need a quality boot that is non-slip and durable. Dont penny pinch even though you may feel that regular tennis shoes are sufficient. The traction on hiking boots is specially developed for hiking in rough terrain, on slippery rocks and in the rain.

Rock climbing shoes are completely different from the other types of shoes for mountain climbing. Since you are suspended much of the time from ropes its important that your feet are as light as possible for mobility reasons. Rock climbing shoes are designed to have a great amount of traction but light weight.

Regardless of the type of shoe, you to need make sure they fit before you buy them. Again, climbing is not a place to break them in so dont settle on something the wrong size because of the price.

For climbers, your feet are very important and therefore it is worth the extra money to buy shoes or boots that are both comfortable and appropriate for the terrain. Remember that if your feet start to hurt then you will not have the facility of car to go to the Malaga airport and fly back home!

Radical changes were felt in the fashion business after the end of World War II. Paris, for one, had started to lose its reputation as the worldwide center of fashion.

By the time of the '50s, the focus shifted on youthfulness, with emphasis on garments that required little care. Light fabrics and synthetics were also introduced.

Social class became less defined as members of the high society and working class both bought whatever type of clothing they wanted. In particular, the new generation took advantage of the benefits of the booming consumer society. Europe had become used to buying ready-to-wear clothes especially those made by American designers. With increasing costs needed for the manufacture of handmade fashion, ready-to-wear clothes became more viable. New technologies likewise enabled manufacturers to make good quality clothes.

Parisian haute couture tried to defend itself against the threat of factory-made clothes and accessories. They however failed to do so because fashion was soon going into the streets, making itself available even to the common man. During this time the old world was slowly fading out.

Changes in the fashion industry were one of the more compelling manifestations in the transformation in society. There were now more choices for men and women to choose their clothes, and they were no longer limited to going to the couturier. Manufacture of clothes by couturiers proved to be far longer, which made it less popular among the general public. By this time, couture had lost its hold in the industry.

There are a lot of special occasions that we celebrate. These occasions most of the time requires us to wear a hat. Mass produced types of hat are in demand right now. Readily available hats are manufactured for a bigger population. These hats have the same design and are often used by many. There are some people who would love to wear clothes and accessories that are unique to them alone. They want to stand out in a crowd because they wear the rarest design of clothes, jewellery, bags and a lot more. Custom made hats are available in the market to cater this segment of the population. The baseball fans are paying much attention to details regarding the design of the hat that they can use in the event when they want to go and watch a baseball game. It is best that baseball fans will use custom baseball hats in order for them to show their devotion to their favourite teams.

Custom baseball hats have always displayed creativity, style and individuality of a baseball fan. The typical hat that is mass made is bland and plain. The custom baseball hat is full packed by individuality and style which people often look for attire or accessories. Wearing the exact same hat as the men right next to you is a pretty embarrassing experience. The rampant increase in commercialism has urged the consumers to look for hats that can allow them to express their personhood and fondness to playing baseball. There is a greater inclination of manufacturing companies to produce hats with the logo of one of the most success successful baseball teams in the American baseball league. You do not want to be a walking billboard right? So it is best that you use custom baseball hats when you watch games or even going outside of the house you can use the hat too.

With the growing popularity of custom baseball hats, the best way to get the most out of your baseball hat is to design a hat that you can personally use or give out to your friends and loved ones. A wide variety of designs can be done for custom baseball hats. There is that distinct appeal of wearing your very own custom made baseball hat when you know it is one of a kind and this is incomparable with other designs of hats which you can get from the boutiques and dress shops.

Custom baseball hats have comfortable and soft materials that perfectly fit in a baseball fan's head. A still bill or a peak protrudes to help protect the eyes and the face from the scorching hot rays of the sun. The custom baseball hat serves as a protection for the head as well as protection for the eyes. Playing outside the field on a sunny day with the glaring sun and scorching heat is not a good idea, thus it is best if you can use your very own custom baseball hats.

Women's Aerosoles Sky Rocket

An effortless slip-on sandal in soft distressed leather with little extra lift from a 1 3/4" covered heel & 1" Platform. Manmade linings & sock, cushioned footbed and supple rubber sole.
Customer Review: comfortable shoe/ unstable base
I love aerosole shoes and have switched from purely fashion shoes to shoes that don't kill my feet and can also be cute. I got these as my every day running around shoes (summer/California). However, the sole and base of the shoe are quite narrow so look out if you are walking on any uneven ground as they are a bit wobbly.

The Tretorn company was established in Sweden in the 1800's, and the influence of Scandinavia is evident in every Tretorn product, including Tretorn sneakers.

Tretorn sneakers are a part of the Gullwing line of footwear, and after just a bit of research, you'll find that a shoe by Tretorn is a unique shoe indeed! If you want a sneaker that stands out from the rest, then Tretorn sneakers are a smart buy.

Tretorn sneakers look nothing like brand-name sneakers from the United States. The styles are interesting and the color combinations unlike much that you'll see on a shelf at a local shoe store. If you're looking for a pair of sneakers that are not only comfortable and supportive but also quite fashionable, than why not give a pair of yellow or red Tretorn sneakers a try? Some Tretorn sneakers are more conventional-looking than others, but some are extra cool looking. And it's not a piece of cake to make a sneaker look original!

But it's really not all that surprising that Tretorn sneakers are so special. If you want a sneaker that not only fits right, but is different than every other shoe you see, then why not look to a company whose design is inspired by the styles and trends of Sweden?

Sneakers, after all, have a reputation of being modest and plain and the ones that do have some style don't really seem all that different from brand to brand. But this is not the case with Tretorn sneakers.

The style of a Tretorn sneaker is not ostentatious, as you might expect, however. It is simple and casual, just with an added flair that many American-brand shoes simply don't have! So when you go shopping around for a set of Tretorn sneakers, you'll discover an exciting variety of styles, colors, and patterns! Do you want a cool, elegant look or something quirkier? It's up to you.

Also, remember Terton's originals, a collection of rubber boots that boast attitude and style, in addition to quality. As well, you can even get a set of Tretorn tennis balls to go with your sneakers.

Keep your look flirty and feminine with Aerosoles' Gardenia sandal. Its shape is sleek and elegant, but its open toe, slingback strap, and unexpected fabrications give it a casual, whimsical air.

Denim is one of the most viral fashion trends to hit us! Ostensibly an innocuous tendency, jeans have the ability to gradually take over your closet space virtually undetected, until its too late. Little did we know that one pair of True Religion jeans would multiply into multiple pairs of Citizens jeans, Seven for all mankind jeans, Hudson jeans, and even Frankie B. jeans. Just as denim has invaded each and every closet, denim takes over the soul. Why? Because designer jeans, with their slimming lines and sleek appearance, make us feel good!

Places that have not traditionally been denim friendly have been invaded. One theory is that price plays a huge part in bringing jeans into the boardroom. When your Citizens of humanity, True Religion jeans, and Seven for all mankind jeans have prices in the same range as your dress pants, youre bound to see a crossover. However, some brands are more boardroom friendly than others.

Clean dark washes tend to work the best when transforming a pair of jeans from casual to more formal wear. True Religion jeans in Bobby, and many of the more classic bodies of Citizens of humanity and Seven for all mankind jeans are quite adaptable when placed with the right top and accessories.

The versatility of denim almost certainly earns itself a permanent place in each and every one of our closets, and definitely an enduring presence in our fashion culture.

Women's Aerosoles Cinchcerity

An elegantly tailored suede slip-on with an eye-catching gunmetal ornament that wraps the foot. Soft Manmade sueded lining and cushioned footbed on a manmade stacked heel and flexible rubber sole.

As with any clothes, a fine of pair of sandals is really essential to glam up the outfit. But with all shoes, what looks and feels comfortable to the user is the crucial deciding factor. While some women give utmost priority to style and personal appearance, other women give much priority to the comfort factor. In fact with regard to sandals, comfort counts more than style as style sometimes risks your foothealth. So far, style and comfort are equally important to stay in fashion without spoiling your foothealth.

Such controversial opinions often mislead many women in selecting the wrong pair of shoes for them that finally leaves them with sprained ankles and blisters. As sandals are available in hand in different styles from comfort givers to the style giver sandals, preference varies from an individual to another. So, one should be highly conscious with regard to the selection of women sandals. With few guidelines to follow, this article will surely help you in finding the right pair of shoes for you that satisfy both your comfort and fashion needs. So, read the below mentioned are some guidelines;

  • Look for sandals designed with high-quality materials with a little blend of synthetic fabric. Such shoes will allow free ventilation for your feet and let them breathe freely inside the footwear thus avoiding any moisture formation and shoe-odor.
  • Prefer shoes designed with waterproof materials that like canvas and gore-tex for casual wear. Canvas and gore-tex shoes are highly waterproof and thus last longer.
  • Consider the occasion for which you want to buy sandals. If it is for party wear, then go for a fabulous pair of any sexy high heels or stilettos that will drag a heck lot of attention at you. A cool pair of flip-flops, thongs, or slide sandals will be the ideal choice if it is for casual wear like walking on the garden or strolling on the beach sides.
  • Shop for footwear that matches the color of most of your outfits. Such footwear will go with many of your outfits and thus save your money. Black is one such versatile color that goes with all your dresses and gives you a charming appearance.
  • Finally, make sure that your shoes snugly fit your feet. Improper fit like little loose or tight footwear will hardly affect your foot health thus leaving with a bunch of foot disorders like blisters, corns and calluses, sprained feet etc.

Women's Aerosoles Happenstance

A day-to-night tailored dress shoe with an elegantly rounded toe and antique brass buckle. Supersoft Manmade sueded lining and cushioned footbed on a flexible rubber sole.

Here is a list of racquetball equipment items and other things that may assist you in your racquetball game:

Racquetball Glasses (eyewear)-Not an option!! Everyone MUST wear eyewear on the court. Don't play with anyone who doesn't! The ball suctions on contact, and let's just says you don't want it hitting you in the eye. If you are considering tournaments, know that you must wear approved eyewear that you can compete in. They would have to be approved by the USA Racquetball Organization that sanctions the tournaments. All approved eyewear have polycarbonate lenses.

Benefits of a Polycarbonate Lense:

-Recommended for children because of its incredible strength.

-The strength means that it is incredibly hard to break.

-Highly scratch resistant.

-Thinner than the usual glass or plastic lenses.

-Material itself is lighter than glass and plastic.-

-Used in many applications, such as "bullet proof" windows, because it adds such great flexibility and strength.

-Offers ultraviolet radiation protection, cutting out around 99% of these potentially damaging rays from the indoor lighting or direct sunlight when playing outdoor racquetball.

The differences you will find among racquetball eyewear is how much lighter polycarbonate is and how much it helps prevents fog from occurring. They all put an anti-fog of some sort on all eyewear, but they don't prevent as much as we would like. Some eyewear will have vents in the lenses to help prevent fog

Racquetball Racquets - You have many options here. From a low-end racquet made of aluminum that will bend when you hit the walls to high-end performance racquets that will never hold your play back. All racquets are made of their own technology that is comparable to other high-end racquets. They can be a heavier or a lighter frame. Their balance points will be different from one racquet to another.

Some racquets are customizable to fit your game. There are so many options in getting a good racquet starting at $60 and up. The much higher-end racquets that would contain a manufacturer's latest technology would start at $120 up to $230. Racquets can come up to two different grip sizes.

One thing to remember about grip size: If you purchase a bigger grip you may not be able to go down in size but you can go up in grip size. E-Force and Gearbox have interchangeable grips, and you can take the grip down if it was the bigger grip size of the two.It is a good idea to have two racquets that are the same. If you broke a string or the racquet and had to go to a completely different racquet during play, this could hurt your performance.

Your playing style is used to a racquet after playing so many games. You will want to demo a racquet so that you can make an informed decision about what racquet you would like to play with. You want one that works for you and your playing style. A demo you could use for a week is a good way to find out if it is a good racquet. If it is an older racquet, a demo may not be available. Give us a call; we can talk about options for you to demo.

Racquetball Shoes - Not having racquetball shoes could cause you to not perform at your best. Wearing shoes outside and bringing those same shoes indoor to play can cause you to slip, also, not good for the indoor court's floor. I've been in courts that are not properly maintained and that as well can cause you to slip. For this reason, I like to carry Python's Anti-Slip Posi-trac.

I would never use running shoes to play racquetball. They do NOT give you the lateral support you need to play this sport.

A good test to see if you are wearing good supportive shoes for Racquetball:

1. Are you wearing gum-soled shoes?

-This would help grip the floors better.

2. Take the shoe you are wearing to play racquetball and hold it in both of your hands and hold the front side with your left hand and the back of the shoe with your right hand. Now twist back and forth. Is the center buckling and twisting? Not a good sign. That is a clear sign that you don't have good lateral support.

3. In this test you are also going to use two hands. Hold one shoe in both hands. Take your stronger hand and hold the rear bottom part of the shoe; above the sole. Now squeeze. Do you find it hard to squeeze? If so, that is a good sign that you have a shoe that can prevent you from rolling your ankles. One of the challenges many people face is buying racquetball shoes. Your best option is online at one of the major retailers.

The challenge is buying a size that fits you. Here is a link to an article that gives you step by step how you can measure your foot from the comfort of your home: http://shoes.about.com/od/fitcomfort/ss/measurefeet.htm

Racquetball Kits - You can get kits that contain a racquet, eyewear, balls, and some will have water bottles. This would be recommended for beginners who are learning the game. Wilson, Head, Gearbox and Ektelon all offer racquetball kits. Wilson also offers a racquetball kit for kids 2-10 years old with the Sponge Bob Square Pants theme behind it with Sponge Bob racquet design, eyewear, water bottle, and ball.

Grips and Enhancements - You can go with a slip-on rubber grip or a wrap grip. The wrap grip will be more comfortable but less durable. The slip-on grip is more durable and would provide a bit more grip enhancing. With a slip-on rubber grip you will more than likely use a glove as this grip becomes very difficult to hold on when you start sweating.

One of the best ways to keep your glove lasting longer and in better condition is to wash your hands before you play. This helps get rid of all the leftover oil that is still on your palms.

Racquetball Gloves - The main purpose of a glove is to get a better grip on the handle. There are different types of gloves. Some will have padding for the diving player to protect the knuckles. Some will have more leather instead of pads to protect the diving player. Some have a mesh or ventilated material for quick drying. It's a tough spot to be in when your racquet is slipping in your hand. You will lose power and control when you can't eliminate the racquet slippage. We would also recommend that you always wash your hands before putting your glove on. Cleaning your hands would get the oil off of them that builds up over the day.

Strings- When it comes to strings there may be some things you want to think about:

Gauge of string (16, 17, or 18)-

The 16 is going to be the thicker of the three. It will be the most durable but less responsive. This is for the hard hitter who swings fast. The 18 is the thinnest; it will be the most responsive on contact but least durable. Someone looking for more control who has a slower swing will use an 18-gauge string. A player using an 18g is going to be someone who doesn't break string often and is looking for that extra playability. I coach a lot more than I play so an 18g is ideal for me. If I ever want to get out there and play, I am going to be happy with the performance of the string.

Tension is another factor of play you want to think about. Our recommendation is to string your racquet at a 4 lbs. difference from mains to crosses. Your power will come from the mains and your control comes from the crosses of the racquet. Rex Lawler, also known as the String King, has tested all sorts of tension; and he found that the 4-pound difference worked best for racquetball. The range would be anywhere from 28-38 on the mains and 32-40 on the crosses. By raising the crosses 4 pounds you add a bit more control without eliminating any of the power. Everyone has a preference for his or her style of play. It may take a few different string jobs to get a feel for what you like.

Racquetballs - There are different balls you can play with. Some are designated for outdoor racquetball and some are for indoor play. You will find that the outdoor balls are played indoors, but are faster and take some inconsistent bounces.

Ball Options:

ProPenn Balls - Only balls made in the USA

ProPenn HD - Official ball of the Men's Pro Tour and the US Open. Penn high-performance engineers joined forces with the top professional players in the world on the International Racquetball Tour to develop the ultimate racquetball. They came up with a ball that has better visibility, lighter weight, and softer feel as results of this effort. Personally, this is my favorite ball. I notice the lightness and find it easier on my body.

Penn Blue - More people choose the Ultra-blue racquetball for its long, lively, consistent play.

ProPenn Green - The Official Ball of USA Racquetball makes the ProPenn the most widely used ball in tournament play. The bright green color has great on-court visibility and consistent speed, playability, and durability.

ProPenn Ballistic 2.0 - Designed for outdoor racquetball with increased durability, maximum visibility, and ultimate speed. If you play indoors with this ball, be ready for lightning fast play.

Ektelon Classic- Official ball for the National Master Racquetball Association and Classic Pro Tour. It is a slower ball with greater visibility. This is ideal for longer rallies and training workouts.

Ektelon Blue - Popular reliable blue ball for all players offering a softer feel.

Ektelon Fireball- Official ball for the World Outdoor Racquetball Organization. Specially designed to withstand the demands of outdoor play. Designed for fast action play.

ProKennex Yellow- Designed for outdoor play. These outdoor balls are designed for faster, livelier speeds. The bright yellow color will make them easier to follow on the court.

ProKennex Blue - Two Pressure-less balls in a can that are specially designed for faster, livelier speed.

Wilson Titanium Green- This is a lively tournament quality ball that is consistent and long lasting.

Wilson Championship Blue - Perfect speed for all levels of play.

Wilson Hope Balls- This ball was designed by women for women. These balls are medium speed and are great on the court for consistency and visibility. A percent of all sales is donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. 2 balls per can.

Racquetball Bags- Bags come in different sizes. Most companies offer at the minimum three options, and other companies offer as many as six options. All bags will fit racquets comfortably. 90% of bags will have enough space for clothing, shoes, balls, and just about anything you want to throw in your racquetball bag. Ektelon has bags that are perfect for travel as they have wheels on them and act just like luggage.

Racquetball Clothing- The more common clothing that players are using is made of dry-wick material. Dry wick keeps you cool and comfortable, unlike cotton that sticks and drenches and can make you uncomfortable. You can get racquetball clothing from Head, Ektelon, Gearbox, and E-Force.

Socks- My recommendation would easily be Thorlo socks. They are great for all activities. They are designed to help protect your feet from the damaging effects of impact, shear, and blistering common to playing racquet sports.

Shock Absorbers (Dampeners) - They help change the sound on contact. Dampeners are also used to help eliminate vibration on contact.

Anti-Slip Spray- Your best option to help you not slip on floors is to have shoes that are not used outdoor but ONLY indoor. In some cases you do come across courts that are not well maintained. In this case I would recommend some Python Anti-Slip spray.

Headbands/Bandana - Racquetball is such a great cardiovascular workout and causes you to sweat a lot. Sweat begins to get in your eyes and it causes discomfort and it interferes with your play. We recommend wearing a headband or bandana for this problem.

Wristbands- You can use wristbands to help wipe the sweat out of your eyes and off of your forehead and other parts of your body.

Anti-Fog Spray- When you sweat, your goggles / eyewear have a tendency to fog up. If this happens to you we would recommend Anti-Fog spray to help prevent this.

Bumpers and Grommets- Over time your bumper and grommets will go bad from hitting the wall. The only way you can replace them is when you are getting your racquet restrung.

Racquet restringing - My advice...if you play three times a week you should get your racquet strung three times a year. As your professional stringers, we look over your racquet completely...making sure it is in good condition for restringing and string it up. We ship it out or you can pick it up the same day.

Instructional Videos/Books- There are good options available to you in order to take your game to the next level. It starts with you and what you want out of the game and what you are willing to put into the game. If you are willing to take time every day, week, and/or month to better your game ...IT WILL HAPPEN. With some goals, practice, and determination you could take your game to a level that, right now, is not imaginable for you. Call us if you would like to talk about this further in setting goals and putting together a plan. Who knows, you may some day be a national champion in your age group!

Always stay tuned to our website for some good content on the game and how you can better your racquetball skills. Honestly, if you are someone who wants to stay tuned into racquetball I would bookmark our website and come back often. Aerosoles Women's Marchway Boot

The Marchway is a perfectlly good boot to have and wear. This boot goes up to the calf and features zipper, cushioned insole, rubber sole, slip resistant, and 2¼" heel. Synthetic.
Customer Review: okay shoes
These boots were okay, but they're not for those who have wide feet. At least they fit around the calves and aren't too high.
Customer Review: A little plastic looking
Okay--A little plastic looking, I have faux leather boots by other brands and they don't look quite so plastic. Otherwise comfortable.

This idea may help in the rehabilitation of people whose motor skills are damaged by stroke. The concept also suggests that athletes and dancers could continue to mentally train while they are physically injured.

There is nothing more stressful for a an athlete or dancer than the idea of injury. Competition for roles, preparation for exams or maintaining the position on a team, is always present. Whether one is a student or a professional, the calendar of events in a year of training, or company season, is always tight.

In performance careers, the fear of losing a role to an understudy has often kept dancers working with their injuries instead of resting and healing.

Losing a couple of months can be devastating. According to this concept, staying at home nursing an injury is even worse. It seems like that attending the environment of study or work is better. The brains enacts the skills required while observing, and the idea is that skill will therefore, not be lost. And if the metaphysical parallel is true, an injured professional or student continues to create a successful outcome, instead of focusing on the stress of being out of the activity.

Dr. Candace Pert, and Dr. Bruce Lipton have been saying for a long time that your brain does not know the difference between imagining doing something and doing it - and as all skills originate in the neural pathways - it seems best to continue using them, even if you are sitting in a cast or brace.

Fortunately education about, and prevention of dance and sports injuries is highly profiled now. Access to pertinent information is available to all thanks to the internet.

There is a wealth of data available on functional anatomy and pre-pointe training that is oriented to safe practice and injury prevention. Gain an extra advantage and learn all you can.

Aerosoles Sleigh Thread Wedge Shoes

Aerosoles Sleigh Thread is a sleek peep toe wedge shoe. It features a smooth leather upper with contrast stitching accents. It has a wood like wedge that measures 3 1/2 inches and a peep toe style. It has a soft lined footbed with some padding for comfort and it has a rubber non-slip sole.

Andy Warhol began his career as a commercial artist in New York City. His famous illustrations for I. Miller shoes consisted on blotted ink drawings, which he used in much of his early works. This one was later featured in a booklet, titled "Shoes, Shoes, Shoes." Other works were published in booklets, such as "Yum, Yum, Yum" was about food; and "Ho, Ho, Ho" was about Christmas.

Many artists worked as commercial artists at that time, but Warhol's popularity lowered his status to be taken seriously as a real artist.

In the 1960s, be began drawing popular culture images towards his art than trying to incorporate what he learned through commercial art. The Campbell's Soup Can portrait is one of Andy Warhol's most famous pieces. He drew this painting in 1962, which consists of 32 cans of Campbell's Tomato Soup measuring 20 inches in height, and 16 inches in width. The drawing was produced in a semi-mechanized silkscreen, without using a painting style.

Many of his works centered on popular culture items. He drew a Coca Cola bottle, dollar bills, and portraits of famous people like Marilyn Monroe, Elizabeth Taylor and Troy Donahue. He drew replications of newspaper clippings of headline stories throughout the 1960s. Each piece he created represented his social commentary on popular culture and his dislike towards how popular culture is forced upon society.

His drawings used bright colors to capture darker themed subjects like suicide and disaster. The way he drew his famous piece 'Death and Disaster' transformed personal tragedies into a public spectacle, and the portrayal of the media as the tragedy. The bright colors used within the piece became a style that Warhol used within all of his pieces. This style was also used when he created his famous images of people like Marilyn Monroe, where the bright colors used became Warhol's style and something that the public knew was his work.

He later ventured into film making, where each of his films captured various images like his paintings. 'Sleep' is a six hours documentation of a poet sleeping, and capturing on film what happens throughout that time. That film became one of Warhol's famous pieces to begin his five year string of films. Other ones like 'Empire' is a documentation of eight hours at the Empire State Building at dusk. His most famous movie was 'Chelsea Girls,' which told two stories side by side at the same time.

Mark Traston is an associate with Portrait Painting. The company specializes in turning a photo to painting. Each portrait artist specializes in a specific area including wedding paintings, pet portraits, and executive portraits

If we were to trace the origin of handbags, women would likely be surprised to know that they were first utilized by a group of men some 2000 years ago. Although wholesale handbags were not in the scene at this time, men in biblical times did indeed carry the equivalent of what we consider to be the handbags of today.

This practice came to womens knowledge and from then on, its handbags became completely indispensable. Handbags, purses, or any other kinds of totes will forever be a part of womens wardrobes. Although some men continue to don handbags occasionally, women have dominated the scene in the handbag industry. No outfit can stand alone without a matching handbag. By far, handbags have encapsulated womens fashion ever since the first modern versions appeared in France.

Nowadays, handbags were everywhere. Thousands of handbags of all imaginable styles and designs are on the market. Apparently, each kind has found its use in the wardrobe of every woman. And yet, with the overwhelming number of handbags that has emerged year after year and grabbed up by female consumers, there are still many, many more soon to invade womens fashionable wardrobes. Moreover, handbags designers are proliferating. From a non-designer label to outrageously priced designer handbags, from a simple and plain masterpiece to shiny and elegantly embroidered handbags, the fashion industry will never cease to crank out new handbags for the market.

Who would have ever thought that men from biblical times may have been the ones to give rise to the industry of fashionable handbags?

Runners tend to stick to jogging/walking combinations and steady pace runs. While running and jogging are fabulous activities for cardiovascular endurance and weight loss, the sprint has benefits beyond the leisurely jog in the park.

Sprinting requires power from the lower body and abs. It also feels amazing to run with everything you have, to test your lungs, heart and explosive force.

Benefits of Sprinting

-Increases metabolism for a longer period after exercise than jogging.

-Develops great hamstring muscles. I do my sprints in the sand at the beach and have been complimented on my hamstring development.

-Improves heart and lung recovery time.

-Improves endurance for long distance running.

-Sprints intervals within jogging sessions, aid weight loss.

How Do I Sprint?

Sprinting is all about speed. The right way to sprint is with your body slightly leaning forward at about 4-6 degrees from the feet, not the hips. Arms should be relaxed, swinging from the shoulders and flexed at a 90 degree angle. Feet should be hitting the ground heel to toe. Don't run on your toes because it provides no stability and can cause injuries.

While sprinting, your stride should start under the centre of gravity. Basically, don't let your feet come too far in front of your body. This is called over striding. Similarly running in baby steps is called under striding. Both under and over striding will slow you down. Throughout the sprint always stay relaxed. Tensing you body not only slows you down but it will also tire you out more quickly.

How Should I Start Sprinting?

I find the best way to work sprinting in to your runs is to to jog 2 minutes and sprint for 30 seconds-1 minute. Progress by changing the time intervals to 1 minute jog, 30 second sprint or any variation where you are jogging or walking longer than sprinting.

If you use a 400m track, sprint 50-100 metres, then walk at a brisk pace or jog the rest for recovery and repeat 5-10 times.

Start by adding sprints in to your runs 1-2 times a week. The impact caused by sprinting requires about 48 hours of recovery in between runs.

Sprinting can be done on a track, treadmill or outside. It can be performed on pavement, the grass, the sand and even in water. Adding sprints to your running sessions will enhance performance and improve lower body physique. Start small and work your way up to being a fast and powerful runner.

Aerosoles Women's Crinkle In Time

Your dressed for success while wearing the Crinkle In Time pump from Aerosoles. This office-appropriate pump has a smooth leather upper, contrast stitching, a cut out detail on the vamp, rounded toe, leather lining, a suede lined cushioned insole for comfort, a textured flexible rubber outsole for a confident step, and the stacked low heel gives you the perfect lift. The Crinkle In Time is a great addition to your business wardrobe.
Customer Review: comfortable
I like this shoe because of its comfort. It looks a little school matronish though. Since I work in one, I guess it will pass. The heel is great and a good shoe for slacks on those not so dressy days where you want to show up looking neat.

At some point in your running career, you are going to get injured. It is inevitable. These are the top 5 running injuries that you will hopefully manage to avoid:

  1. Stress Fractures
  2. Tendonitis
  3. Plantar Fascitis
  4. Runner's Knee
  5. Shin Splints

Stress Fractures

Stress fractures are cracks in the outer layer of a bone from repetitive stress. It is most often caused through over training by increasing mileage at too rapid a rate. Stress fractures can be exacerbated by excessive pronation or supination, which is usually caused by wearing inappropriate shoes.

Stress fractures will usually hurt in a very localized place and will begin as a dull ache that can easily be misinterpreted as a sore muscle. Rest is the best way to cure a stress fracture, although you may want to consider taking supplements with calcium and cutting back on diet soft drinks. They can inhibit your body from absorbing calcium.

Tendonitis

Tendonitis is excessive inflammation in your tendons. It begins with a dull aching after you finish running, which gets worse if left untreated. The tendon will begin to ache first thing in the morning after getting out of bed, and then while you are in the act of running. The dull aching will become more acute, until you always feel at least the original dull pain even when you are not working out.

Tendonitis is usually caused by running too far and too fast when your muscles are not flexible enough to support such a workout. The problem can be exacerbated by shoes that have worn out and cause excessive pronation.

The most common form of tendonitis for runners is achilles tendonitis. The achilles tendon connects your heel to your calf, and will usually ache along the back of your leg just above your ankle.

Plantar Fascitis

Plantar fascitis is an inflammation of the plantar fascia, or the bottom of your foot. This tendon is very hard, like a ligament, and connects the heel of your foot to the ball of your foot.

Every stride that you take, whether walking or running, involves the stretching out of this tendon to absorb the impact of hitting the ground. Tight calf muscles can increase the stress on the tendon and cause increased micro trauma that can lead to inflammation.

The first symptom of plantar fascitis is the feeling of a bruise on the bottom of your foot. Left untreated, it can become painful any time that you are walking or running, and can also bother you if you stand for a long period of time. It will often hurt a lot first thing in the morning when you try to get out of bed.

Runner's Knee

Runner's knee refers to any pain in the knee cap and is usually the direct cause of over training and poor biomechanics. The two most common forms of runner's knee are patellar tendonitis and chondromalacia patella.

Patellar tendonitis is when the pain is localized to the tendon in your knee cap. Chondromalacia patallea means that scarring has occurred because the knee cap does not sit properly in its femoral groove, and the underside has worn down and become rough and deteriorated.

This can be caused by a lack of flexibility in any or all of the quadriceps, hamstrings, or calves. Most often, however, it is caused by a problem with the foot or ankle, usually due to excessively worn shoes and over training. The problem can be exacerbated by excessive hill work.

Shin Splints

Shin splints are any pain in the shins and is usually tibial stress syndrome. There are two types of shin splits, anterior and posterior.

Anterior shin splints are really an inflammation of the tendons that attach the front of the shin bone to the outside. It begins as a dull ache on the outside of your shin bone as you run and can get worse until it is painful to walk.

Posterior shin splints are an inflammation of the tendons that attach to the inner side of the shin bone and causes pain in the inner surface of your shin bone extending down to the arches in your feet.

Shin splints can often mask an underlying stress fracture, especially when there is acute pain and swelling. Unless it is really a stress fracture, shin splints are rarely caused by too much mileage. They can be caused by too much hill work or speed work before you are ready for it.

Disney costumes bring enchantment to every age. They are not just for children which is part of the magic of the Disney characters. There is no debate as to whether the children's characters are fun and stimulating, but even adults need to be reminded that life is not all about work and responsibility. Costumes that portray Disney characters bring out the child in everyone, adults and children alike.

Disney costumes for children bring pure joy to the experience of dressing up as a favorite character. The Disney collection of princesses, heroes and characters is so complete there is one to meet any preference. Your little girl can dress up as one of the classic beauties or may prefer to be a mouse. A little boy can find a selection of costumes that turn him into a superhero, Peter Pan or Pinocchio to name just a few of the choices.

The costumes that are available are designed for infants, toddlers and children. It is hard to find a cuter child than a one-year old wearing a tutu or a six-year-old dressed like a pirate and ready to take on the world. But Disney costumes are designed for older children too. Disney has a number of teenage characters that are wildly popular with the older children. Your young lady can dress like Hannah Montana or the young man in your family may decide that a high school musical character is the perfect choice.

Children growing up on the classic Disney stories naturally want to dress like one of their favorite characters. By encouraging your child to dress in one of the Disney costumes, you are also encouraging reading and an appreciation of various types of stories from fairy tales to imaginative worlds. This stimulates the child's imagination and makes him or her want to learn more. The costume is colorful, fun and educational and your child doesn't even realize it is promoting reading, story telling and the development of creativity and imagination.

When choosing one of the costumes, there are some things to keep in mind. They are solidly constructed and will fit well based on size. You should choose a costume size that will not drag on the ground in order to prevent accidental falls. Most of the Disney character costumes are ideal for children, because they are light colored which makes them easy to see in a dark room or when trick-or-treating in the evening. The costumes are also easy to put on and remove.

Adults will find a great selection that enables them to find the wild child inside. Just like Peter Pan, some adults just never completely grow up and like to explore the inner child. When invited to a party, it is still fun to turn into Cinderella or the Mad Hatter. There is also a selection of costumes that enable adults to become a sexier version of their favorite characters. The costumes are never in bad taste, just lots of fun.

Costumes are perfect for so many different events. They are ideal to wear on holidays like Halloween, to costume parties, in school plays and at any other community event which requires play acting or costuming. The costumes are easily recognizable and are made in various styles depending on the kind of party and the age of the wearer. The costumes represent classic, modern and movie characters that are beloved by all age groups.

If you are like most people, you don't have time to sew costumes. The cost of materials alone far exceeds the cost of a pre-sewn costume. Disney costumes are the perfect choice when you are ready to enter the world of child-like imagination.

Andy West is a writer for Costume Super Center which offers a wide variety of costumes including Disney costumes.

Are you a person that just seems to get pains in the shins all the time? It is one of those feelings that are compounded by the fact that you feel it every step you take. It's horrible when you have a job where you're on your feet all day. I wanted to share with you how to get treatment for shin splints.

For the longest time, I wore the cheapest and most beat up shoes you'd ever see. This was one of the main reasons I was suffering from this. Shoes are really not a place to skimp on with your money. You're essentially getting what you pay for, so if you buy a $12 shoe at Walmart, you'll probably be thinking you got a great deal. The fact is that you're really causing unnecessary pain.

The reason it happens is because the muscles that control how your feet moves are up in the shin area. When you don't have the proper pair of shoes that don't give the right support, these muscles are forced to work overtime and this leads to the pain you feel.

The best thing you can do to help get past the pain is by stretching. If you notice you get them often, take the time to stretch before you go do activity on your feet. Stretching those muscles warm up the fiber and get more blood flowing to that area. This makes it less likely that the muscle fiber can tear. Also, take the time after you have your activity to stretch. Doing it after will be like a "warm down" from your activity. It's just a way to stretch out the muscle fiber in case it decides to tense up.

These are some great ways of treatment for shin splints. If you're looking to get instant relief from shin splints, please check out Shin Splints Treatment.

Have you ever heard the description "skinny little runner"? Don't those words just seem to go together? Well, if you've ever watched a marathon or other distance event live or on television, you know that description is not always accurate.

There is no such thing as the "perfect runner's body." Runners come in all shapes and sizes. Too many women (and men) believe that "thin is in" or that really good or serious runners have to be skinny to be fast. It is simply a stereotype - being fit doesn't always equate with a stick thin body.

There's more to being a good runner than being skinny. Here are three components that make up the Strong, Healthy Runner's Body:

Proper Nutrition. Being a good runner is about being healthy. You can't fuel your workouts on a few celery sticks and a cup of dry rice. You would never dream of trying to "run" your car with no gas. Your body is the same - you must have fuel to "run" your body.

Strong Muscles. Being a good runner is about being strong. We all have different body types, but we can all strengthen what we have. Doing simple strength building exercises will not only make you a stronger, better runner, but also build muscle and reduce fat. Many great runners are small and compact, rather than tall and skinny.

Cross Training. Activities other than running can help develop other muscle groups, which leads to overall fitness. Runners often neglect their upper bodies. Swimming, biking, rowing, cross-country skiing - all these activities can contribute to a strong, healthy body.

I can relate to those of you who sometimes feel ambivalent about your bodies. I am small and compact, but I'll never think of myself as "skinny." I simply work with what I have. We can't compare ourselves to others - we'll never come out even. We're not competing against other people - really. We are running against the clock.

You should learn to love your body - whatever the size and shape - and to relate to it with gratitude and respect.

And, now I would like to offer you a free special report entitled, "Running 4 Your Life: How to Improve Your Physical, Emotional, Relationship, and Spiritual Health." Go to http://www.Running4YourLifeblog.net

Aerosoles Women's Carefree Ballet Flat

Casual comfort gets a dash of preppy-chic and modern cool in Aerosoles' Carefree ballet flat. Its suede upper has a soft feel, and is decorated by perforated paneling, contrast topstitching, and a grosgrain ribbon strap across the vamp.
Customer Review: Cute, comfy, casual
I purchased these shoes in a size 6. They are soft and flexible, but have a sturdy sole. They can be worn in casual or dressy-casual situations. The orange color is perfect for late summer/ early fall. They are generally comfortable for long hours- I have worn them to work and even received compliments! The only issue I've had so far is breaking them in. Aerosoles shoes usually crunch the last two toes on my right foot until they are worn in. I usually solve this by wearing lightweight, low stockings on my feet (especially at work). Otherwise, a great buy that I would recommend if you are looking for a supportive yet stylish flat shoe.

Cotton, Ivy, Orange, Violet...How does this list relate to Marc Jacobs? It represents a sampling of the Splash Collection by this designer.

According to Perfume-Smellin' Things, this unisex collection was inspired by Jean Nate's splash-on fragrances that were popular in the 1970s and 1980s. Marc Jacobs Splashes first appeared in the fragrance market in 2006, and each scent in this collection represented the essence of each season or a particular plant. For instance, Osmoz, an online fragrance resource, stated that one of the newest members of the Splash Collection, Orange, evoked "the shimmer of leaves seen through other green leaves in the sun (...) the air filled with an explosion of citrus scents."

What do I think of the Splashes? Overall, many perfume critics have written mixed reviews about them. However, I do wear two scents from this collection, Violet and Ivy, and they both smell fabulous to me. Both fragrances are very light, which makes them perfect for day or evening wear. From personal experience, I have worn plenty of both juices and no one has ever complained to me. Of course, this is what splashes suppose to do; they dry quickly, leaving a light and pleasant scent on one's body.

Surprisingly, Ivy and Violet can last all day, which is unusual for splashes. I have sprayed each one on my body early in the morning and still smell their scents at the end of my work day. In my opinion, this trait makes them both very sophisticated. This should be expected of fragrances by Marc Jacobs; after all, he is known for his upscale fashion.

All Splashes are housed in sleek bottles with simple cylindrical black caps. You'll also get plenty of juice. You can buy a 10 oz. bottle for about $65. Marc Jacobs Splashes are meant for everyday use and I recommend them for all men and women. You can find them at fine department stores and perfumeries.

White wedding shoes are the most popular choice for bridal wear today. The reason for this is obvious- the majority of brides opt for white wedding dresses and white shoes are the perfect complement. The trouble lies in finding a good pair of white formals. While finding fancy footwear in almost any other color is pretty easy, looking for white can sometimes turn into a fruitless hunt.

Why No White?

If you're keeping a close eye on the purse strings, then you're probably hoping to find an ordinary pair of white shoes to use as wedding shoes. The problem is that white is not a very popular color when it comes to stylish footwear- you're far more apt to find blacks, creams and ivory-colored shoes rather than white. If you're not too bothered about people seeing your feet, you can probably wear a pair of white tennis shoes and get away with it- many brides do!

If you want a stylish pair of white wedding shoes and are looking for something better than tennis shoes, then be aware. While white formal shoes can certainly be found, it's important to make sure they are a good fit. Comfortable wedding shoes can mean the difference between an enjoyable wedding day and one that ends in blisters and a bad temper.

Where To Look

White bridal footwear can be found pretty easily, provided you know where to look. If you have the money for designer wedding shoes, then you could ask for a custom-made fit that matches your gown- that way, you'll be assured of a great-looking shoe that won't be biting at your heels. If designer goods are out of your league, take heart. There are lots of venues out there to find the perfect pair of white wedding shoes. Your first stop should be bridal boutiques- these stores regularly hold large sales in order to get rid of old inventory. Check out a number of different stores- you'll be surprised at how much you can save and by the number of different styles that are available.

The internet can literally be your best friend in your hunt for your white wedding shoes. You can browse hundreds of different shoe stores from all around the world. Don't forget to check out sites like eBay and Amazon as well. A lot of people use their wedding shoes once and then put them up for sale- you're bound to find a real bargain if you trawl through different auction sites. You can also join online bridal forums and check out different bridal websites for more information.

Always remember to ensure that your bridal shoes are a comfortable fit before buying- if possible, try them on and walk around in them before you make a decision. Avoid anything that causes even the smallest amount of discomfort. Keep your eyes open and you'll definitely find the perfect pair of white wedding shoes.

White wedding shoes are the most popular choice for bridal wear today. The reason for this is obvious- the majority of brides opt for white wedding dresses and white shoes are the perfect complement. To get more information on comfortable wedding shoes, please visit wedding-marriages.

The custom of wearing charm bracelets dates back thousands of years, and though the materials and designs on them have changed, the concept itself has never gone out of style.

This form of jewelry initially had a religous function, and dates back to the prehistoric era. According to Elizabeth Florence, president of the Jewelry Information Center, "The first charm bracelets were probably worn by the Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians and Hittites from 500 to 400 B.C. Those charms were made of lapis lazuli, rock crystal and other gems and were inscribed with small designs, such as figures of gods, man and animals. They were immediately associated with special powers."

As time passed, charms lost their protective spiritual functions and became fashion jewelry. The 1890's saw a renaissance of charms, especially in Victorian England, where elaborate and intricate jewelry was in vogue. Queen Victoria helped popularize the trend by wearing a charm bracelet of small lockets holding family portraits.

WW II caused another revival of charm bracelets in America in the 1940's and 1950's, as soldiers stationed abroad picked up charms as souvenirs in the European cities they visited and brought them home for wives and girlfriends. The fashion trend continued well into peacetime.

Charms still remain a popular jewelry item, as personalized keepsakes in an increasingly mass-produced jewelry market. Popular themes include horoscope signs, birthstone charms, travel souvenirs, and family keepsakes. Many women start collecting charms when they are children, and the charm bracelet grows along with them, reflecting hobbies and personal experience. A charm bracelet can hold a small replica of a graduation cap, wedding bells, or lockets with children's photos.

Charms are also a popular gift because of their affordable price. An intricate silver charm can be obtained for less than ten dollars, though it is possible to spend hundreds of dollars on a charm made of 18K and set with gems.

Italian charms, a genre in and of themselves, do not dangle from a chain like traditional charms. Instead, they are soldered onto flat links which snap onto an extensible bracelet. They are embellished with letters, symbols, pictures or stones, or have enamel pictures painted on them. Charms can be snapped on and off these modular bracelets to create new configurations to match different moods and outfits. They are traditionally made of stainless steel or 18k gold. Italian charms are of the same standard size and the resulting bracelet can be customized to fit every wrist; a small size holds 17 or less links, a medium 18, and a large 19 or more.

There are different companies which produce Italian charms, but all brands can be interchanged on the same bracelet. The basic "starter" bracelet of blank links costs approximately five dollars, and the charms cost fifteen dollars and up. China also manufactures Italian charms, and while these are popular (and, as with most Chinese goods, very competitively priced), some consumers report occasional oddities such as reversed images and poor fit.

Aerosoles Women's Tan Power T-Strap Sandal

A makeover is one of the more common things anyone does these days. As the seasons change from spring time to summer, your gloomy outlook in life should also. Some personality changes may not need to be drastic and could start one bit at a time.

You can start by changing the way you dress or by accessorizing to accentuate your outfits. Even simply wearing a perfect pair of sunglasses can make your whole attire come together. The use of a pair of sunglasses can alter the way you look if you choose the right one. These days, even the frames of sunglasses keep on changing so you also need to be updated with the latest trends that suit your personality.

A pair of sunglasses serves a double purpose. It not only protects your eyes against the sun's harmful rays, it also keeps you fashionable. Sunglasses have been perceived as a style statement as well as status symbol during different times in history. In lieu of the changing tastes and trends in fashion, some sunglasses can be considered weird-looking or just plainly seem odd. The colors may be incongruent or the style may seem as if it came from outer space. Most makers of sunglasses make sure that even though their products may look strange, they would still keep the eyes from the harmful effects of the UV rays emitted from the sun.

One of the advantages of the increasing demand for the use of sunglasses is the fact that the manufacturers have produced a wide variety of styles and costs that can fit into every person's budget. There are also shops that sell sunglasses in bulk for a special price that seem to be less expensive than purchasing retailed ones. These shops are called wholesalers and they buy from different manufacturers the various types and shapes of sunglasses and sell them to retailers. This reselling is the cause of the higher price of the sunglasses.

Not every one knows that if you buy a pair of sunglasses from a wholesaler, it would be the same as buying a pair of sunglasses from a retailer or shop but the sunglasses are way less expensive. The wholesalers are the ones who inform the retailers and the shops who sell the product which types of sunglasses are in demand and what particular brand is better. They pose as middle men for the sunglasses and the consumers.

Different styles of sunglasses can be used by men, women and children. A certain type of sunglasses can be used by both men and women and these sunglasses are unisex. You have an option of choosing the type of sunglasses that suits you.

One of the things that you have to remember in buying sunglasses at wholesale prices is to verify the quality of the pair or pairs of sunglasses you are buying. Although these sunglasses cost less, they may come apart easily. Make sure that you check the frames and lenses are of good quality and they are durable.

Feel free to show off in your new pair of sunglasses. With the cost of wholesale sunglasses, you can use a different one every day and make an impression of being chic in outdoing the heat.

Bland spends most of his summer days outside and recommends Lacoste sunglasses and Juicy Couture sunglasses. The lens from both brands provide 100% UV protection in stylish frames.

Have you ever stood and stared at a sunglass display in a store window wondering what on Earth could possibly possess people to pay thousands of dollars for a piece of metal, wire and plastic to sit on the end of their nose? That's a pretty common reaction from the average Joe when they find themselves faced with the exorbitant price of a pair of designer sunglasses. The question is, are designer sunglasses really worth the money? Or are ambitious retailers just taking advantage of the fact that most people think bigger (or in this case, more expensive) is better?

In most cases it's the latter. A recent study done by an organization known as Street Cents showed that when it came to effectiveness, comfort and durability, the big name brands had very little on their generic counterparts. All of the sunglasses surveyed provided effective protection for the eyes from UV rays, the harmful rays given off by the sun that cause your skin to turn a lovely golden brown and can cause irreparable damage to your eyes.

When it comes to choosing a pair of sunglasses you should always stick with ones labeled "100% Protection from UV Rays," which per industry standards translates to blockage of at least 98% of UV light; however, as most sunglass industries adhere to this standard the price tag has very little to do with it. A five dollar pair of sunglasses may be just as effective when it comes to protecting your eyes as their two thousand dollar counterparts.

Durability is another question many people ask when they plunk down the price for a pair of designer sunglasses. There's no denying the fact that regardless of how careful you are, your sunglasses are going to receive some abuse. They're going to be scuffed, scratched, scraped, dropped, bent and broken, and that's before they fall into the hands of a member of the five and under crowd! If a company is going to put a three hundred dollar price tag on their product, the least they could do is make sure it could stand up to the abuse of daily wear-right?

Look at the Titanic. The ship cost seven million, five hundred thousand dollars to build back in 1912, which is the rough equivalent of four hundred million dollars today. (Gotta love inflation.) Millions of dollars, and one little iceberg wipes it out. If you needed proof that more expensive doesn't necessarily mean better, there you have it!

The same is true of designer sunglasses. While there are some companies that take the time to be sure that their frames are reinforced and their lenses as scratch proof as possible, when you get down to the bottom line you find out that they're every bit as vulnerable as the pair you saw next to the checkout at the grocery store.

So are designer sunglasses really worth the money you're going to pay for them? That's entirely up to you. Statistically speaking, designer sunglasses are no different than their dollar store companions. The difference is in the way they make you feel. If a pair of sunglasses with a four hundred dollar price tag brings a smile to your face and a bounce to your step, go for it. If four hundred dollars can make you feel like a million bucks, it was worth every penny.

Aerosoles Women's Fullfillment Loafer

Wearing the right weight training shoes is as important as wearing loose clothing, especially if you're working with free weights. Trying to life in the wrong pair of shoes is like trying to stand on a balloon while you do your weight training. The right pair of weight training shoes should allow you to lift as much weight as possible by maximizing the energy between the bar and the ground.

Shoes with gel or air may be great for avoiding the impact shocks of running, but they'll dissolve the force you want to use against the floor to move your weights. The right weight training shoes will help you lift as much weight as you can. The wrong shoes will have the opposite effect.

What Makes a Good Weight Training Shoe?

You need to be able to control the weight while standing during your workout. Shoes that put soft or compressible padding between your feet and the floor will create imbalances and give you inconsistent results. Good weight training shoes will give you a stable base for balance and stability while you're lifting heavy weights.

Until the mid-70s, weight lifters used combat boots because they provided the right support. Today, dependable weight training shoes should fit snug, provide outstanding support, and have a non-compressible wedge sole with crepe or neoprene for traction. You'll also want to look for laces that go all the way to the toe and an adjustable strap in the metatarsal area. The laces will let you adjust for foot width, and the strap will give better lateral support.

If you use weight training machines, you may not get the all benefits of good weight training shoes because the equipment doesn't have the same requirements for balance and technique that you find with free weights.

Where Can I Find the Right Weight Training Shoe?

Today, there is several weight training shoes on the market that work well. Adidas is the pioneer in the area, but other major brands do the trick (Nike, Puma, and Reebok) as well as some foreign brands (Do Win from China and Power Firm from Canada). American company Safe-USA competes for a US market share. Most of them make weight-training shoes that are good for most basic lifts.

You might be wondering if buying weight-training shoes is worth the money. Well, if you want the best workout and the fewest injuries, yes. Prices range from $40 for the older brands to $170 for Adidas' best. The bottom line is that the right weight-training shoe will improve your performance and your results. And isn't that why you're doing weight training in the first place?

The silk cultivation industry is original in India. This offers livelihood to many a lives. Silk production is famous in Asia. Silk worms feed on oak trees and mulberry leaves. The texture of the silk depends on the type of cocoon. They need to be specially cultivated in clean atmosphere.

In keeping the sensitiveness of people who do not believe in killing creatures, Ahimsa silk is a revolutionary innovation. The Best Waterproof Running Shoes

Many runners, at all levels, will take considerable time to find the correct running shoes. They will invest time and money to get perfect fit, appearance and comfort but may leave one factor out that can make a difference. In one word, this factor is "waterproof."

But failing to get waterproof running shoes is more a function of the buyer not taking time to find the shoe, rather than being no shoes available. The best of waterproof shoes can keep the runner's feet warm and dry, even in very wet weather. Professional runners will find this extra benefit worth almost any extra cost, since these runners live because they run. Dry, comfortable feet may be just the edge the pro needs to win. While most triathlon performers have probably already settled on top triathlon shoes that works for them, triathlon shoes may need to be waterproof as well (not for the swimming part) but because these great athletes can sometimes run in less than ideal conditions.

This alone may save the individual a lot of time and money.

Judging by sales and street buzz, The North Face Women's great running shoe "Hedgehog Xcr, is one of the best shoes around. This model is designed for women, is completely waterproof and has a breathing membrane to keep the foot comfortable. Those interested in the details of leading-edge technology may want to look into this shoe even further.
